Brittingham Strategies was built for people facing real estate decisions involving their primary residence and their investments.
Buying, selling, holding, converting, or relocating around real estate often involves big dollars, long-term consequences, and a lot of noise. Too often, people are forced to rely on sales-driven opinions or make decisions without fully understanding the tradeoffs.
Brittingham Strategies exists to change that. I provide independent, flat-fee real estate strategy and analysis to help clients make clear, confident decisions before money is committed and pressure takes over.

Why I Built This
My experience comes from real estate ownership, analysis, and long-term decision-making — not selling homes or chasing transactions.
Over time, through both successful decisions and costly mistakes, I learned how powerful real estate choices can be when they’re made without clarity or objective input. I’ve lived the upside of good decisions — and the stress that comes from rushed or poorly framed ones.
